Grease (1978)
any Pink Panther film (1964-2009)
Earth Girls Are Easy (1989)
Ruthless People (1986)
Christmas Vacation (1989)
The opening to The Great Muppet Caper (1981) is pretty cool, too. The Muppets are in a hot air balloon and comment on the credits that appear all around them. When cinematographer Oswald Morris' name appears, Fozzie asks, "what does 'B.S.C' stand for?" Kermit: I dunno.
For best closing credits, some that are really good are:
Around the World in 80 Days (1952)
The end credits of Angel Heart with Mickey Rourke descending in the elevator...really spooky way to end the film and very effective.
ReplyDeleteHi Chris, I never saw that one! Sounds creepy!
